Return & Refund Policy

At Ruz Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our skincare products and soaps, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is missing from your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage

  • Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
